How do I check my credit repair status?

You can check your status 24/7/365 by going to our website and clicking on Client Login. Your username and password were provided to you in your Welcome Email. The subject line of that email would say, “Welcome to The Credit Agents.” If you do not see that email, check your junk or spam folder. Sometimes we end up their for the first email. If you still don’t see your Welcome Email in your junk or spam folder, please send us an email to se*****@cr**********.com and ask for us to resend you your Welcome Email.

How do I access my credit monitoring logins?

Send us an email to se*****@cr**********.com requesting your logins and one of our team members will reply within 24-48 business hours with your logins.

Need a faster response? Your credit monitoring is a separate service typically set up at the point of enrollment. We normally recommend companies like IdentityIQ, Privacy Guard, Credit Check Total, and MyFICO. If any of those companies ring a bell, you are welcome to contact them directly and ask for a username or password reset.
