What Do Do With Dispute Responses

What to do when you get responses

As you go through the credit repair process, you should receive responses by mail from the credit bureaus (Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion) and you may also receive responses from some of the collection agencies.

For responses you get from Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion, you don’t need to send those to us. We get that updated information through your Credit Monitoring website. However, you do want to save those responses somewhere safe, secure, and where you will remember so you can easily access at a later time (if needed).

For responses you get from collection agencies, go ahead and upload these documents through your Client Portal in the Attachment section of your client portal.

To learn more about credit bureau responses, we’ve created a short video just for you.

If you have any questions, please call, text, or email us!
